Psalms 29:3-9

3 The ^avoice of the Lord is upon the waters;
The God of glory ^bthunders,
The Lord is over ^{▼▼ Or great
,} ^dmany waters.
4 The voice of the Lord is ^epowerful,
The voice of the Lord is majestic.
5 The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars;
Yes, the Lord breaks in pieces ^fthe cedars of Lebanon.
6 He makes Lebanon ^gskip like a calf,
And ^hSirion like a young wild ox.
7 The voice of the Lord hews out ^{▼▼ I.e. lightning}flames of fire.
8 The voice of the Lord ^{▼▼ Or causes...to whirl}shakes the wilderness;
The Lord shakes the wilderness of ^kKadesh.
9 The voice of the Lord makes ^lthe deer to calve
And strips the forests bare;
And ^min His temple everything says, “Glory!”
